We lodge documentation with CIPC electronically and the Company is liquidated within 3 to 5 days
The Master of the High Court the appoints a Liquidator to wind up the Company's affairs. The Directors can nominate a Liquidator but the final decision is with the Master's office
Once the Liquidator is appointed, he takes full control of the Company and its Creditors. Directors no longer makes decisions on behalf of the Company
